On the Constitutionality of Posting the 10 Commandments

How you can claim that mandatory posting of a document in government funded establishments which proclaims "Thou shalt have no other gods before me" is not even close to a violation of the establishment clause is totally beyond me.

But I'll leave it to those who actually live with the problem to pursue the argument.
